SUBPROCESSOR DISCLOSURE

Equinosis, LLC (“Equinosis”) uses certain sub processors (as listed below), subcontractors and content delivery networks to assist it in providing Equinosis Services. These third party sub processors provide customer and technical support, which may include phone and email support; response, diagnosis and resolution services; incident tracking; and responding to customer queries.

WHAT IS A SUB PROCESSOR?

A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Equinosis, who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). Equinosis engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.Equinosis, LLC uses a range of third party subprocessors to assist in providing Services.  These third party subprocessors provide customer and technical support, which may include phone and email support; response, diagnosis and resolution services; incident tracking; and responding to customer queries.

DUE DILIGENCE

Equinosis undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Service Data.
