Urs and Sabine Schaeli took over Cheviot Vets from Colin Sutherland in October 2008. They had a mission to provide a family run veterinary practice that could offer a personal tailor made service with an emphasis on high quality veterinary care while remaining affordable. From working out of a small Portakabin in Powburn with 3 Vets and 2 support staff we have grown into a 6 Vet truly mixed practice. Most of our growth has been through “word of mouth” and we are proud to have built our reputation for having animal care and welfare as our main priority.
